5 Months Old already...

Can you believe it! It's already been 5 months since I pushed this lil' guy out...

Can you believe how adorable he is? He really is the happiest baby ever. Everyone at daycare is always commenting on how happy he is, and just content. And I secretly love that they all fight over who gets to hold him. It's awesome. I still get to go up and nurse him twice a day at work. We've got our system down pat and he is now eating very consistently at almost concrete set times during the day. It's amazing how enjoyable a nice plan can be. I can mark out the feeding times on my calendar so I don't get double booked, and I can spend 20 minutes enjoying my little munchkin. (and the Outlook reminders that pop up are dually helpful, I have almost spaced it quite a few times)
He's sort of rolling over. Not really consistently, but he does well maneuvering himself around a blanket full of toys. He is just starting to sit up, and doing quite well. He's good for about 10-15 minutes, then he usually either falls to the side or falls back. Don't worry, we keep the boppy pillow wrapped around him for that specific reason. Safety First.
He doesn't have any teeth yet, that I have found. He really loves me singing to him, not sure many people can say they enjoy that, but it really seems to soothe him. It's nice, because it's not something I ever forget to leave at home. But people do give me odd looks when I'm singing twinkle twinkle while walking around Costco.
He is so in love with his brother. He could sit and watch Asher play all day and be super entertained. Milo laughs at Asher's silliness all the time, and lights up when he see's his face. He used to show a certain amount of fear in his eye when he would hear Asher's voice, but that has turned into joy. I am so excited for him to grow up a bit more so he and Asher can really play together. It will be so fun to watch.

He is now sleeping through the night, which is so amazing for both my sanity and my exhaustion. There was a point there where I really thought I wasn't going to make it. Between my more than normally stressful job, and the complete lack of sleep I was really questioning my health. But now we are on the up and up. Yippee!

Milo has turned out to be quite a keeper. He is such a wonderful addition to our little family.
